Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 10 cartons. You may mix different items in your order.

Q: How can I get my goods?

A: In trade term of CIF, usually we deliver goods to the port of destination in your country by sea. Our forwarder agent would contact you to pick up the goods upon arrival. In trade term of FOB, you are supposed to inform your own forwarder to take the goods in Shenzhen China port.

Q: When can I get them?

A: It takes 7 days to prepare our products and 20-30 days for shipping. For your custom clock, it would take longer, depending on your design.
